Basic Material
For us, a basic material is defined as a material with an operating temperature below 195 degrees (90°C). This category includes material such as HDPE, PP, PS, PMMA, ABS, PETG, and PVC. -
Engineering Plastics
An engineering plastic have a temperature range between 195 - 300 degrees (90-150°C). This includes materials such as PA, POM PE-HMW (PE-500), PE-UHMW (PE-1000), PET, PC, and - to some extent - PP, ABS, and PMMA.

High-Performance Plastics
A high-performance plastic have an operating temperature above 300 degrees (150°C). This includes materials such as PEEK, PPSU, PTFE, PVDF, PEI, PSU, PPS, PAI, and PI.

Regardless of how a material is to be machined, we need a drawing from you. In some cases, we can assist you in creating the necessary documentation.

CNC milling or turning
We can machine parts by CNC milling or turning, using stock materials and shapes.

Waterjet Cutting
Waterjet cutting is ideal when the cut edge does not require beveling, or when working with a soft material such as foam.

3D Printing
Excellent option for smaller details or prototypes! We can print in materials as PLA, ABS, PC/ABS, PA12, PP, and PEEK. We can also print soft and flexible material such as TPU.

Laser Cutting
Laser cutting is a great option to get precise details in thinner materials. In some cases, using a laser can also be advantageous - for example, the edges of PMME are automatically polished.

At PlastShop, we also work with wheels and castors, mainly where there is a clear connection to our expertise - plastics!
We have wheels, wheels in brackets (swivel castors), fixed brackets, braked brackets, and springloaded brackets.
In addition, we also offer conveyors in straight or curved design.
Overall, our wheels have a dynamic load capacity ranging from 65 lbs (30 kg) to around 13 750 lbs (6300 kg).
